The Communal Center building is the first to be build. It has a key roll for the future development of the masterplan. Self-construction and recycled materials will be used for its construction. We are testing the bricks from “Ecoinclusión” made of plastic bottles. The building is thought to control temperature and adapt to the clima by bioclimatic strategies such as orientation, facade protection, cross ventilation and the effects of the sloping roof.
